It comes with both lens caps, lens pouch and lens hood.

Exterior: In very good cosmetic condition with minimal wear, some marks and fine scratches, no dents.Glass: Optically is clean with minimal amount of dust, no scratches or fungus.Autofocus/Manual Focus: Smooth manual focus from close to infinity focus and fully working autofocus.
